These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase and participation in the Profit with Instagram Bootcamp and any related products or services offered by Wealth Ventures Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”).

Our aim is to make this experience valuable, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. Please take a moment to review the details below.

2. What’s Included With Your Purchase

When you reserve your seat with the $97 refundable deposit, you’re securing:

1. A spot at the 3-day live Instagram Client Bootcamp (choose your regional cohort)

2. Access to the event, training sessions, and related resources

3. Additional optional support products (such as replays or VIP upgrades) may also be offered during or after checkout (see Section 14)

3. How You’re Expected to Show Up

To help ensure a supportive and productive learning environment, you agree to:

1. Attend on time and participate fully
2. Treat all participants, coaches, and staff with respect
3. Keep all materials, recordings, and content for personal use only — no sharing or redistribution

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately, without refund.

These expectations also apply to any guests you invite (see Section 13).

4. Refund Policy (Seat Deposit)

Your $97 seat deposit is fully refundable if all of the following criteria are met:

1. Refund Criteria

2. You attend Day 1 live for at least 90 minutes
(Attendance is verified by Zoom attendance reports based on the Bootcamp’s event time zone)
3. You request your refund no later than 11:59 PM on Day 1 in the event’s local timezone.

How to Request a Refund

2. Subject: Refund Request – Bootcamp

3. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via PayPal or bank transfer.

Important Notes

- If you do not attend Day 1 live for at least 90 minutes, the deposit becomes non-refundable
- No-shows, partial attendance, or late requests do not qualify
- Refunds apply only to the $97 deposit
- Optional support products (replays, VIP upgrades, etc.) are strictly non-refundable
- Only one Bootcamp refund is permitted per person every 12 months
- If your refund is approved, your access to the Bootcamp (including all sessions, channels, and materials) will be revoked
- This does not affect your statutory rights

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

All transactions must be made in cleared funds (Stripe, PayPal, or other approved methods).

If a payment fails or is reversed, your access may be paused or revoked.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue, please contact us first at: support@jakeadamdavey.com

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is considered a breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to recover any administrative, legal, or processing costs incurred in resolving such disputes.

7. Event Reschedules or Changes

We may occasionally adjust event dates, times, or formats to ensure a smooth experience. If this happens:

1. You’ll be notified via email
2. You may move your seat to a future cohort within 90 days
3. You may reschedule once
4. Refunds are not issued due to scheduling conflicts, travel, illness, or non-attendance (except as set out in Section 4)

Important: Reschedule & Refund Interaction

If you reschedule:

1. Your $97 deposit is credited to the new cohort
2. Your deposit becomes non-refundable
3. The refund policy in Section 4 applies only to your original event date
4. If you cannot attend within the 90-day window, your seat and deposit are forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All Bootcamp materials, recordings, and related content remain the property of Wealth Ventures Ltd.

You may:

1. Use the content for your own learning and business development

You may not:

1. Copy, share, resell, license, or distribute any materials
2. Allow others to access the content
3. Record sessions or take screenshots without written permission

We reserve the right to revoke access or take legal action if these terms are breached.

Recording & Likeness Consent

By participating in the Bootcamp, you consent to being recorded (audio, video, and chat) and agree that we may use these recordings, screenshots, and any testimonials you share for training, marketing, and promotional purposes in any format, without further permission or compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

We’ll always deliver the Bootcamp in good faith, but:

1. We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes
2. All business and marketing decisions remain your responsibility
3. We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages
4. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your seat deposit

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events outside our control, including illness, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Entire Agreement

This document represents the full agreement between you and Wealth Ventures Ltd.

It replaces all prior discussions, proposals, or communications (written or verbal).

13. Free Guest Pass Terms

You may invite up to two guests for free to join the Bootcamp.

Each guest must:

1. Register individually using your guest link

2. Follow all participation and conduct rules outlined in Section 3

3. Join the same Bootcamp cohort as you

Guests:

1. Are bound by these same Terms & Conditions
2. Do not pay a deposit and are not eligible for any refund
3. Are limited to one guest place every 12 months
4. You are responsible for the conduct of any guests you invite.

14. Support Products & VIP Upgrades

Where offered, optional support products such as:

1. Workshop replays
2. VIP upgrades
3. Additional resources or sessions

By purchasing any optional upgrade, you agree:

1. Support products are non-refundable once purchased
2. Access may begin immediately
3. Accessing or downloading any digital content waives your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

This does not affect your statutory rights.

15. Consumer Rights Waiver (UK Compliance Clause)

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

1. The Bootcamp is a time-sensitive live event
2. Access may begin immediately

You therefore waive the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
